We do not offer refunds for services/fees already consumed by or pre-paid for by customers.
All customers are given a free 30-day trial (no credit card required) to familiarize themselves with the Easy Manifest service and determine whether they are satisfied with the service. If they decide to sign up for the paid service at this point, it is assumed they accept the service as-is and are happy with it's functionality.
The only time that we will offer refunds is if a customer was billed for something they did not use. For example if usage measurements are recorded in error, we will issue an account credit towards the customer's next bill.
If a customer has an issue with an invoice they must contact Easy Manifest within 4 business days of receiving the invoice to begin the resolution process. Invoices that are not disputed by customers within the 4 business day review period are assumed by Easy Manifest to be accepted by the customer without argument.
If the customer wishes to cancel their Easy Manifest subscription, the customer must contact Easy Manifest by phone at 1-888-993-9626.
After the customer gives cancellation notice they will still have access to the system for the remainder of their 30-day billing period. At the end of this period, they will be invoiced and charged any usage in excess of the current billing period's $30 pre-payment.
At the end of that period, the customer's account will be removed from the Easy Manifest portal and they will lose access to the portal.
